my toyota corolla (1994) with 78,000 miles on it is leaking transmisson fluid from the coolant line not sure if it is return or flow. question is, is it worth fixing or not
Heck yes. Fix it. It’s not a big deal. You may even be able to do it yourself by splicing a short piece or reinforced rubber hose into the worn/leaking area. Whether it’s the in or out hose makes little difference on the pressure involved. Use four good worm type hose clamps on it.
If you don’t want to fix it, call me. I’ll come after it for free.
This simple cheap repair on a '94 Toyota with only 78k miles on it is a no-brainer unless the transmission has been fried due to lack of fluid.
If MG don’t want it, I do.
Shoot, I want it even if the tranny has been fried. If it’s the same as the Corolla transmission, and I’m pretty sure it is, I have a good one to put in it.
I will also take it with a fried trans. I have one in the shop with 280,000 that needs a new motor.

Dangit DARTMAN I saw it first.
MG:
I would not take it unless you and OK4450 passed on it
I had a really nice 93 towed into my shop Wednesday afternoon that needs a motor. The car has 280,000 miles on it and looks like new.
