I doubt that much overage would cause any trouble. But if you want to be certain, sleep well, etc, just drain some out. It’s not that difficult to do. Me, if my Corolla’s oil was that much over I’d drain it out.
Won’t harm a thing.

I’ve run all of my vehicles over by 1/2 a quart for decades. Intentionally. It hurts nothing and helps a bit actually.
In a shop setting; not a good idea as someone can go ballistic over nothing and blame every ill for the next 20 years on that 1/2 quart overage.
