Many tires are used on trailers which are often heavily loaded, although they may not experience high speed. If such a tire fails when overloaded, the manufacturer has a CYA warning what the limit is.

Believe me, I was raised on a farm and it’s amazing how heavily even cheap tires are loaded.

30 PSI cold is the correct pressure for this car. The information can be found in
section 8-specifications of the owners manual.
