I drive a 2002 Infinity G20. Lately, I have been through a round of tire problems: two defects and a flat doughnut tire. Each defect I drove on the defects about 100 miles each. I also drove on a flat doughnut tire for three blocks. Can this effect my front end or car computer?

No, assuming these “defects” were not blowouts, it should not hurt your front end or computer. Although a defect that causes a serious vibration can beat the stuff out of the joints and if that’s the case it’d be a good idea to get the front end checked over. Without a better description it’s hard to guess.
