Thanks for all the information. I was traveling and 1,300 miles from home and had to have service from a place I had never been to previously. On a tight time schedule, I had to have the replacements done quickly. I believe they are the same model tires that were the original ones. I’ll have to keep a closer eye on them.
i don’t think rotating the tires has anything to do with wear happening faster in the middle.
Well, new tires should be more quiet.
