Hey guys-
The Lexus LS400 with the mysterious water accumulation almost certainly has blocked sunroof drain(s). The water can back up and often drips out over the steering wheel if they are blocked. Take it to a car wash to check, but yeah, pretty common problem on these lexuses…just google it. Good luck
