My observation of the cell phone phenomena leads me to believe that a great many people have a deep seated need for constant connection to someone else. Some are insecure, some are domineering, either way, the cell phone gives them the opportunity for constant feedback.
So, isn’t that why we are on this forum?

I really love that commercial that is trying to sell you on the idea that their hands off gadget makes using a cell phone safe. However look at the driver. She is turning her head away from the road to look at the gadget as she talks.
