Absolutely, positively the BEST way to dry out a car interior in S. Florida is to take a driving vacation to Phoenix. It’s so hot and dry there that when you go outside you’ll freeze to death for a few seconds while the sweat evaporates. By the end of day one the interior will be bone dry.
Failing that, yank out the seats early in the day and spend an hour sucking out the carpet with a borrowed wet/dry shop vac. If it’s already started to smell then re-saturate it with a solution of your favorite deodorizer and suck it dry again. Then leave it in the sun with the windows half-opened. That’s what I did when I was detailing cars in Miami, and it works.
