Toyota messed up the advertising on the original Venza, made it a ‘boomer’ vehicle, made fun of the Facebook crowd. Accurate? Maybe, but why piss off a huge group of potential purchasers?
Yeah. I don’t ever recall seeing much marketing of it (though I also don’t watch a lot of television and ignore ads whenever I can). Despite that, I always thought that I might want a Venza. I like the small to mid-sized wagons.

I saw a Venza and NX almost side by side today, almost identical but with slight changes, A friend bought a Venza awhile back because he couldn’t get into or out of the Prius anymore, had owned every gen of the Prius except for the current one. If it works for the buyer that’s what’s important.
