The smart-alec answer would be… Don’t make hard left turns!
The real answer… there is no way to even guess over the internet. The truck needs to be inspected to find the problem. It could be a dozen different things. Some simple, some not.

Dan you have several threads about ( RUST ) on this Ranger from 5 years ago. Rust never sleeps so you need a good body shop to put this on a lift to see just how bad the structure of your vehicle might be.

My first thought was a problem with the rear differential. Have you ever have the fluid/oil changed? Might be worth a try, see if it makes a difference.
