When the above is absolutely cold, when I try to move the shifter from park through reverse into drive, the shifter will not simply slide through the gears but seems to get stuck and won’t move.When it does move through, its as if I had to force it through. This situation only occurs during the am, at the first start of the engine, on cold mornings. During the day, once the car has been started, even if the day is cold, the problem does not exist. The shifting is so stubborn that it is obviously not right.
