Can anyone please tell me how to change the antenna mast on a 1997 Subaru Outback or direct me to a web site that describes the procedure.
It would help if you told us whether this is a power antenna (mounted on a rear fender) or if it is the standard manually extended antenna that sprouts from the “A-pillar” of the roof.

Thank you for responding. I was finally able to figure it out. It is a rear mounted power antenna.
