I own a 2003 Montana minivan. After the past weekend’s scathing ran, they are stuck in the “up” position. They still work, but when I turn them off they finalize themselves in the “up” position. Any idea how to fix this?
The problem might caused by a bent wiper motor bracket. Check this out.

A new/reman wiper motor should fix the problem. The problem most likely is in the circuit board.
