'98 Suburban 1500 2-WD, 165,000 mi. At speeds in excess of 30 mph, when turning, especially to the right, at approx. 1:30 on the steering wheel, (if it were a clock),I loose the normal feel of resistance, for a split second, as if there is no steering. But the it engages, and the resistance returns. Occasionally, it does the same thing in a left hand curve, at 10:30 (clock time). Is this more likely ball joints, wheel bearings, or steering box? I recently tightened the bearing nut, one notch, as I got a little movement when I rocked it side to side while jacked up. That seemed to help slightly, but now it is back. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
