I have a 2000 Ford F150 lariat with the 5.4 liter engine. At least once or twice a day, its like the starter hits a bad spot and will spin but not engage the flywheel. It has a new starter, battery, and solenoid. Any experiences out there on what this might be?
I’d say the next thing to do is inspect the teeth on the flywheel.
