My 1999 Blazer refuses to turn over the starter when the engine is partly warm. It doesn’t happen when the engine is cold or at full operating temperature. The starter has been replaced twice, so that is not the issue. Anyone have an idea of what is is going on here?
“refuses to turn over” can mean 2 different things. Is the starter cranking but the engine doesn’t catch, or is the starter not cranking. If the latter, do you get a click when you turn the key.
