This is my friends car and she’s been having problems with it stalling while going uphill.
I’ve read some threads about this as an issue with other Cherokees. They discuss possible issues with the PCM, ignition starter and more. Any ideas or suggestions to narrow it down as to the culprit?
She lives in Spain so is concerned that if she takes it to a mechanic they may not be aware of what to look for.
Lots of possibilities.
I wonder when was the last time the fuel & air filters, plugs and wires changed?
I would look close at the fuel filter and do a pressure test of the fuel pressure.
