My two year old car was beset by wiring and engine problems caused by a young squirrel which happened in the afternoon just once and not at night. Is there something about newer cars that makes this happen or is it just because newer cars have so much wiring and electronics?
It’s been going on to some extent as long as I can remember to all cars, old or new. Rodents like the warmth and like to gnaw. The young ones may prefer newer cars in lighter natural hues.
