Squeaky creaky noise when backing up

My 98 Honda Accord makes a squeaky/creaky noise when I back up (especially when backing out of the garage first thing in the morning)coming from the front end of the card. The car as 121,000 miles

I would get the wheel bearings checked.

Thanks for the quick reply. And if it the wheel bearings, do you have any idea as to how much it costs to fix this?
