the speedometer on my 2002 hyundai sonata does not work but the car drives fine with no problem.
i changed the vehicle speed sensor and it did not solve the problem; also i changed the instruments cluster and still the speedometer will not work.
can anybody tell me what the problem might be?

Try replacing fuse 17
it does not register any code when my mechanic troubleshoot it.
i looked at fuse 17 and it is fine.
Do you have back up lights? I not Replace fuse #17 They evidently run together. Its a quick n simple fix…try it
Did you use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit, key on? Peacefrog is right. Looking at the fuse is only half of it. You need to check voltage on the circuit.
