You coild make your own, like this:
I used Microsoft Word (Label Wizard) with Avery Removable Multipurpose Labels,
Packet #6461 (300 labels per packet, approx. $13). As they are removable, they are easy to tear off.
Actual label size is 1" x 2-5/8".
