OEM wiper motor assembly is only $150.
If it aināt broke donāt fix it, like you said it takes about 2 minutes before its completely off. I would just leave it or like majority of the replies mention pay up to get it looked at/fixed.
I decided to essentially take GiraffeEarlobeās advice and just ignore this. One day I might ask my mechanic for a quote.
