Here’s a puzzle for the ages. My '07 Avalon has a soft brake pedal (almost to the floor). Mechanics replaced the master cylinder with a factory one; no help. Mechanics changed the callipers and turned the rotors; minimal help. After $970.00 and 2 weeks the brakes are a “little” better, but still travel a long way before stopping. What else can there possibly be? Your help please, sir.
Bad ABS unit or bad power brake booster or inadequate bleed job.
