HOw can you tell if shocks are going bad? The old school of thought was if you physically bounce your car (By hand) and it rebounds more than once, they are bad.
I do not see any fluid leaking. Most times when I go over a bump it seem that the tires bounce rapidly.
I have checked all the components of the front end. I changed the lower ball joints (Both sides). Everything else appears to be O.K.

Well that sounds like they are bad. Frankly the old test is not reliable because with many modern cars it may only bounce once and still not be good.
