Brought the car brand new, it has been two years now and when I am at a stop or something it shakes to the point where my water bottle will be moving in the cup holder… annoying !!! is this normal ???

No it is not and why are you putting up with this when you should still be in your 3 year or 36000 mile warranty.

It’s not normal. If it’s still under warranty take it to the dealer. If it’s not take it to an independent mechanic.
