Just purchased a used 2005 volvo v70 wagon. It has the 60/40 split rear seat. Put the 60 side down. The seat belt tensioner locked for both the middle and right seats. Now I can’t get the seat back into the upright position
Many manufacturers offer lifetime warranty on seatbelts…
this sounds like a cut and replace, but, if you can reach the bolts that hold down the inertial real, you might be able to loosen them enough to get the belt to pull loose.
