My '92 Accord has 212000 miles on its rotors. They were turned once, when they had 85000 miles, to eliminate vibrations. I have installed several sets of pads. Similarly, my wife’s '98 Accord has 188000 miles on the original rotors that have never been turned. All rotors are smooth and have no vibrations.
Accord rotors are plenty thick. I would assume that Odysseys and Acuras would be similarly engineered.
I am a stickler about lug nut torque. Almost all mechanics overtorque lug nuts. I believe this is the reason that so many rotors warp. Whenever I need to allow someone else to work on my car I always put my torque wrench in the trunk and retorque the lug nuts before I drive the car.
