I have a 2004 Honda CRV with pulsing lights throughout the car headlights dome lights dash lights, everything tested fine alternator and battery did a drop test on the ground, positive to alternator and positive to starter everything is fine, cleaned ground connections to body and engine cleaned and tightened battery terminals. Never had a battery light on and tell my alternator died and I replaced it now I have a battery light and still have pulsing lights throughout the car, anybody have any ideas?
did you verify clean and tight connections at the alternator? Does the belt squeal at all? is the alternator spinning freeley?
Test the alternator for AC ripple voltage.

How fast are the pulsations?
Have you monitored battery voltage with a fast responding meter or a scope?
