Why do I feel slight speedup and slowdown on
the 07 Prius at freeway speeds(65-80)
It has 24000 miles but I felt it when new.
It is very sutle but can be felt.
I drove a 2008 and 2010 and didnt feel it.
It seems like it is a fight between battery and
the gas engine.
I’ve read that same comment in a comparison review of the Camry hybrid, Fusion hybrid, and Altima hybrid (about all three). The article indicated the surging went away when cruise was engaged. Does it go away for you?
