Every time I turn the wheel a big squeaky sound comes from the engine and it’s also hard to move it. The power steering level is in the middle. What should I do. Thanks.
While someone else turns the steering wheel watch the power steering pump pulley, your serpentine belt might be slipping.

Clean the area with degreaser or aerosol brake cleaner.Turn the steering wheel until you see a fresh oil spot.

Those look like old leaks.
If the belt is squealing when you turn the wheel it may be because the belt tensioner has seized and is not keeping the belt tight. Put a wrench on the belt tensioner and see if it rotates back and forth properly.
