Only a few radio stations come in but not on FM stereo especially in the winter. I can only use CD player since no reception for radio. Why? Bad antenna?
Most commonly that’s caused by a problem in the antenna wire connection between the antenna and the radio. On a 2000 you’llhave to look at where the antenna ground is connected also. If it is rusted at all in that area, clean up the ground connection so it is bright shiny metal to bright shiny metal.
