car has 40,000 miles, runs great[1987 model] electric feedback carburetor;16 miles/gallon.3 shops no help.seems to be running rich. [black exhaust pipe] my guesses:carb.o2 sensor,spark computer,computer.thanks for any help
Those are good guesses.
All except maybe the carb can be tested before replacing parts.
