The A/C as of yesterday will not cool while sitting in traffic. Once moving again the temp drops back down.
What could be causing this?
The first thing to check for is the state of charge of the A/C system. If the system is low on refrigerant it will display this type of problem.

Another thing to have checked is the operation of the cooling fan/s. The fan (or at least one in a dual fan system) should run whenever the AC is on.
