Part for Mercedes-Benz CLK320 work with E320?

Hi. My sister bought a used Mercedes Benz E320 (2000) and when it indicated it was low on oil and we went to top it off, the dipstick had no markings on it whatsoever. It is some piece of junk replacement. I need to buy a new dipstick, and the research I’ve done seems to indicate that a dipstick designed for the CLK320 will be compatible with the E320, that the only difference between the two cars is in the design of their body/frame, but I thought I’d better reach out to a community that knows better than I do.

I would like to just buy it from Walmart so I can bundle with another item and get free same-day shipping, otherwise I will buy from here (specifies it’s for the E320) and wait a week, which will be a huge pain.

I found a Dorman E320-compaitble dipstick at a nearby Autozone for $21, have you checked near you?

If you check that Walmart page a little closer you will see
" Sold and shipped by Parts Geek"
So it won’t be same day.
