This is just an addition to my initial question on my Spyder. When the garage is heated up, then I can take my car out of park. Otherwise, I am stuck. I can’t move the car. I press the brake pedal as hard as possible with no luck. Oh, and it’s an automatic transmission, not manual.
The grease around the parking pawl may be to heavy and when outside in below freezing temps may be getting too stiff.
If you are not in the habit of consistently using the PARKING brake, the pawl may be bent and is also causing problems.
