Car has new MAF, MAP, air filter, and general tune up. During cold start only car will rough idle and die. Alarm P0101 comes up. No wires broken, nor wires near electrical components. How could crank sensor be causing air flow sensor alarms? How could cam sensor becausing air flow alarms? Any ideas on what is causing this problem? Need help asap.
