In any case don’t drive another foot, and have the car towed to a reputable garage which can deal with both engine and transmission problems. With any luck it will be just a gasket. It could also be a cracked transmission case.

You might take a closer look from under the car. First check the engine oil dip stick and add if needed. A “geyser” would lead me to guess that the problem is the oil pressure sender. If so, the repair will be less than $100 if you haven’t done catastrophic damage to the engine driving with too little oil.
