The car is making an unusual sound upon start-up. Car is not moving. Its a flapping sound like a playing card stuck in the spokes of a bike wheel. Any ideas what this might be? I’m trying to assess possible repair costs. It isn’t being used much righ now, but when I need it I need it to work well.
