Resistance to the ground should be 0 (zero!)

Make sure to check your tester wires resistance first, as you can expect something like 0.1-0.2 ohm in wires on their own.

If the PCM is wet you should remove the PCM, clean and dry it. If there is water damage to the PCM connector you should clean and dry the connector.

Only you can see how deep the water is in the car, we can only imagine that there is enough water to cause damage.

I mean, one of the bolts is rusted and roundedā€¦how can I remove that?
