Non Automatic Reset Low Tire & Check Tire Alerts Reset Automatically?

I refilled low tires in a 2017 Nissan Frontier when I saw the low tire and check tire alerts were in alarm. The owner’s manual states that the alerts won’t reset until the vehicle is driven at at least 18 MPH. But the alerts went out before the vehicle was even moving, why might that be?

Because you filled the tires to the correct pressure?? Not sure I understand the question. The system works, and that’s a problem?

When the vehicle is parked for several hours the tire pressure sensors can go into “sleep mode”, after the sensors begin to rotate (or there is a rapid drop in pressure) they will start to transmit again. You probably won’t experience the “sleep mode” delay but it is possible.
