My 2004 Ford Focus with 53,000 miles on it is making a thunking noise coming from the front passenger wheel area when I turn left and on occasion has now started to also make almost a rattley low squeel. I have replaced a tie rod on this side twice before. I suspect it may be the same thing again, but now there is this additional noise as well. Any ideas what these noises may be and how much this may cost to fix?

Id you need to replace another tie rod, then I would suggest you are missing something else or you are hitting a lot of curbs. I suggest finding a good suspension shop and let them take a look at it.
