Our CRV has developed a croaking noise in the right rear whenever we back out of the garage and out of the drive - in fact back- period. It is very loud, but there is no noise when we are going forward in drive. Can someone help us?

How does backing with brakes on or off affect sound? U need to depress brake to shift from part to reverse. Try dragging brake as you back. 1 foot on brake, 1 on gas
