My 4 cylinder Frontier runs rough at crusing speeds over 45mph. It starts and idles fine, but has a noticable engine miss at highway speed. I’ve change the EGR valve, plugs and wires. The Service Engine light isn’t on. Any Suggestions?
Get the fuel pressure checked. You may have a clogged fuel filter.
