dodge caravan with the 3.0lt engine replaced the old fuel pump because after removing the fuel line from the supplie side of the filter you could here the pump run but no fuel pumping out so I replaced the pump and filter still no fuel but can here pump running.

Did you check the line for blockage? I’ll bet one of the fuel lines has collapsed inside.
