Just remember that all tires must meet certain minimum standards to be sold in the USA. Even Pep Boys tires meet all US DOT standards.
I agree with andrew. When the economy started to tank we started selling more of the cheaper Kumhos at the dealer I worked at. Dollar for dollar they’re an excellent deal. They can make the car drift one way or the other sometimes I’ve found, but it’s usually not the end of the world. If you put 2 on the front & the car drifts or pulls where it didn’t before, you can switch the positions of the 2 tires which may help. Just FYI here.
