How about “Need a Lift”? A little metaphor with double meaning to lighten one’s day. And one’s day would need lightening if one’s car is in the shop.

I think you should call it “The Autophiles” Or you could hyphenate it…“The Auto-philes”…and you could add something like “Starring Tom & Ray” Get the pun? The spelling would be Greek for “those who have an affinity for automobiles”…and of course only PBS & NPR fans would get that…but the younger audience might think it was a spoof on the X-Files and watch it anyway. (Who am I kidding…I’m 40 and can barely remember the X-Files, but somebody might watch it - who knows… y’all can’t even name it, so why should anybody watch it? 
Hmm? You might even write some car mystery themes…Like “Strange things that happen when you strap your brother to the hood” - or “What was THAT bump in the night!?” Ok, that’s my suggestion, hope you like it! -Alison

Would, therefore, it not be more appropriate to award the “prize” to the first person who posted the winning name, rather than selecting one at random from duplicates?
Two good suggestions: Boyz under the Hood. Or Transmission Impossible. One bad suggestion: The George Wendt Show!
Since this is about Tom and Ray’s alleged day job (they sure ain’t making a living from this show!), how about “Click and Clack on the Clock”?
