When keys are removed from the ignition… it doesn’t matter the radio won’t shut up with it’s white noise. Can’t control volume or power and did I mention the keys are not even in the car?
I think it’s time to purchase a new radio. I would buy an aftermarket one that will fit your Kia and has a CD player. “White noise” means that the electronic circuits in your radio have corroded and it no longer has the ability to turn it’s self off when commanded. It will only get worse and will eventually run your battery down. Did you remove the radio fuse? Please do.
