My E150 van

i have a 2006 E150 van with 45K miles,A 20K miles till now, when i put the van in reverse then start to back up my front end or breaks make’s a thumping sound. The dealer changed the hold front end (ball joints,tie rods,bushing and staberlizers an the noise is sill there. it happen only once every time when i back up.
