My 2000 Buick Century is Having Intermintent Starting Problems

So I have a 2000 Buick, and it generally starts. However, twice now at random times the car hasn"t started. It doesn’t turn over, but makes a buzzing sound. The strange thing is, that usually after leaving it alone for a few hours, it will start as though there are no problems. I assume it’s some kind of electrical issue, but I would love some input on the possible problems with my car. Thanks a lot

Where’s the buzzing sound coming from?

Sounds like a bad battery, if the battery tests good, check and clean all connections. The buzzing is most likely the starter solenoid, when it tries to lock in not enough juice to make it stick, so it keeps trying and sounds like a buzz.
