I used to have that cable and I would screw it on but it got loose and I think it fell off but that little bracket underneath I think is what’s keeping it grounded
I should probably still get that black cable and screw it on the way it’s supposed to be the way it was right?
The complete assembly runs $10-20, replace the entire assembly and be done with it. Clean all surfaces thoroughly. The picture might be for Japanese market Camrys, US models may be slightly different.
